Yoga and Manifestation

It takes both surrender and effort to create. In terms of yoga, our third chakra is associated with our will power and when it is blocked or unbalanced it manifests as greed, need for external validation and selfishness. When it is balanced we manifest awareness of the effects of one's actions upon others, control over one's life, leadership abilities and a sense of what is in it for us.

Since the third chakra is located at the solar plexus it is recommended that you practice a pose that works this area, click here.

Abraham-Hicks uses the metaphor of life being a stream and we are traveling on boats. Often we think our desires are upstream and we have to effort our way to our good but in truth we need to let go of the oars and go with the flow, as all of our desires are downstream. With that said, we can't just sit at home and expect all of our good to show up at our doorstep. It is suggested that you spend 10-15 minutes in meditation daily to realign with source energy and to take action when you feel a very deep inspiration to take action, what Hicks call "inspired action."
